Lately, we\u2019ve been on an inward healing journey of learning self-love, reconnecting with our true selves, questioning, exploring, and rediscovering our souls.

We’ve been learning how to love ourselves unconditionally, despite often being self-destructive.
What is our true self worth? What am I?
We had to accept all parts of ourselves as we are in order to love ourselves.

Deep diving into our sense of self led us to encounter other aspects of ourselves we didn’t know existed.
The deeper we dive, the more we get to know and understand ourselves.
The more we understand ourselves, the closer we get to inner truth.

The past few months, especially August and September, were all about pausing and reflecting on our entire life, healing our spiritual roots, redirecting, and rebuilding our sense of self, self-worth, and mental well-being.
We were facing ourselves, exploring, trying to know and understand ourselves deeply.
We kept asking questions about who we truly are.
It has also been repeating cycles of destruction and rebirth, like a phoenix rising from ashes after burning, which felt like living thousands of years.
We were reborn again and again spiritually, with our skins being shed endlessly like a snake until our souls are completely naked.

And we met ourselves, authentic self\u2014pure self.

We found ourselves again after losing ourselves completely, releasing the multiple layers of selves that we have accumulated in life, fading into nothingness.
It felt like we were stuck in a dark tunnel, complete void, but disconnecting from the external environment led to reconnecting us with our core sense of self, to a deeper self-awareness.

In the realm of emptiness and stillness, what we found was love and peace within.
We felt we were actually whole. We are loved. We are love.

The answer we\u2019ve been searching for all our life has been within us, all the time.

It is love.
Love is the answer that we are.
